baked goodies (see examples above), homemade organic preserves,

Of course you also get a caraffe of juice and a large pot
of coffee.

Pancakes
studded with blueberries. Served with crisp smoked bacon
rashers, butter and real maple syrup

Poached eggs on a crisp english muffin with smokey ham or
salmon (your choice). Smothered in lemony hollandaise sauce
FRITATA
Fluffy
omelette baked in the oven with smoked chicken or ham, seasonal
vegetable (e.g. asparagus or roasted red peppers),melted
cheese and fresh herbs. Served with sliced bread and a breakfast
salad with fruity dressing
SALMON
STUFFED CROISSANT
Warm,
flaky croissant stuffed with scrambled eggs, cheese, and
studded with wild smoked salmon. Sprinkled with spring onions
for a delicious finishing touch. Scrumptious!
