BREAKFAST MENU

We bring your breakfast to you !

Enjoy freshly brewed organic coffee from Salt Spring Roasting company or a pot of piping hot tea and fruit juice.

Every breakfast also comes with a seasonal fruit dish.

 

We use local and organic produce when possible and farm fresh eggs from our own chickens.

All baked goods are freshly homemade

Danish course grain rye with sunflower seeds

WEEKDAY BREAKFAST

LUXURY CONTINENTAL

We bring to your door an assorted basket of deliciously freshly baked goodies (see examples above), homemade organic preserves, fresh fruit, creamy yoghurt and organic muesli or granola. Of course you also get a caraffe of juice and a large pot of coffee.

Enjoy at your convenience when you chose to get up

 

WEEKEND BREAKFAST EXAMPLES

BERRY PANCAKES

Pancakes studded with blueberries. Served with crisp smoked bacon rashers, butter and real maple syrup

 

EGGS BENEDICT

2 Poached eggs on a crisp english muffin with smokey ham or salmon (your choice). Smothered in lemony hollandaise sauce

 

FRITATA

Fluffy omelette baked in the oven with smoked chicken or ham, seasonal vegetable (e.g. asparagus or roasted red peppers),melted cheese and fresh herbs. Served with sliced bread and a breakfast salad with fruity dressing

 

SALMON STUFFED CROISSANT

Warm, flaky croissant stuffed with scrambled eggs, cheese, and studded with wild smoked salmon. Sprinkled with spring onions for a delicious finishing touch. Scrumptious!

JULY AND AUGUST: WEEKEND HOT BREAKFAST 8:30 AM EVERY DAY

 

Please, let us know of any dietary allergies or restrictions as we will do our best to meet your needs with advance notice.

 

We will do our best to find foods your child likes.

 

Hot breakfast is served 8:30 am Fridays, Saturday and Sunday

 

Weekday breakfast (Monday - Thursday) is delivered to the door before 8 am as the host works off-island those days. Conveniently, you can eat it when you are ready.

 

We may be able to accommodate your wish for a hot breakfast on weekdays as our work days fluctuate, or if you are willing to eat early.

Please inquire.

 

If you have an early ferry to catch, let us know, and the night before your departure, you will receive a bagged breakfast that you can bring with you.
